The municipality kindly asks you to:
- Provide a clear description of what the notification is about.
- Provide the location.
- Provide a photo and/or other relevant documents. Later on in this form you can add this as an 'attachment'.
The following does not fall within the scope of the municipality: If you found a living animal: call the animal ambulance.
Inconvenience caused by other people (neighbours, youth, addicts): call the police.
